The home page of the system. Notice quick access to the projects at the top. When you add a project, it will appear in the top menu.
Creating a new project
Creating a new project couldn't be easier. Fill in two fields and the system takes care of the rest.
The project page
On the main project page, you have all the information you need at a glance. You can see the current tasks and can navigate between the various phases of the project very quickly.
In Place Editing
Updating the information about a particular task is simple. There's no navigation to another page... simply click the description text and you can edit the text right on the page.
Drag and Drop
By default, the system doesn't care who the tasks belong to. However, if you want, you can assign a task to a team member simply by dragging and dropping the task on the developer.
After working on a task, you might decide that it's not as hard as you originally thought. You can move tasks to other phase groups by dragging and dropping them.
When you're finished with a task, you can move it to the "finished" phase simply by dragging and dropping the task to the appropriate phase.
Editing a project
You have full control over the phases of the project and the groupings within each phase. You can add, edit and delete them at will.
